Stats of the various transformations – provided by Steam user “Doombringer” – guide posted with his express permission.

Shapechanges

When using a size changing spell after shapechange, it overwrites the size of the shapechange. In addition size changing spells do NOT change the damage dice of shapechanged attacks.

Druid Shapechanges Nature

4th Wolf
+20 move speed, 1x 1d6 (1.5x Str) B/P/S +trip attack, +2 (natural) AC, +2 Str

6th Leopard
1x 1d6 B/P/S & 2x 1d3 B/S damage attacks, +2 (natural) AC, +2 Str, Pounce (full attack on charge)

8th Bear
+10 move speed, 1x 1d4 B/P/S & 2x 1d6 B/S damage attacks, +4 (natural) AC, -1 (size) AC & to hit, +4 Str, -2 Dex, Rend (if both claws hit: +1d6+1.5*Str slash damage (even if they hit different targets))

10th Smilodon
+10 move speed, 1x 1d8 B/P/S & 4x 1d6 B/S damage attacks, +4 (natural) AC, -1 (size) AC & to hit, +4 Str, -2 Dex, Pounce (full attack on charge)

10th Shambling Mound
-10 move speed, 2x 2d6 blunt damage (+poison & +4 grapple) attacks, +4 (natural) AC, -1 (size) AC & to hit, +4 Str, +2 Con, 20 Fire & Electric Resist
Poison: (Save(Fortitude(DC10+level/2+Con mod))) -1d2 Str & Dex/rnd*2rnds, cure 1save
Grapple: if successful: 2d6+5 damage & can’t move & -2 to hit & -4 Dex, CM/Str/Athletics/Mobility check to escape each round (DC: Druids CMD, takes a standard action), 4d6+2*Str damage each round grappled
